We combine quality meat, marked with oak fire, with rice cooked slowly in an iron pan, respecting the product and the process. Cooking grilled rice requires more time, more attention and more precision. But we prefer it that way. We make the base base with natural ingredients and slow cooking, and cook the rice in iron pan directly over the oak fire.
